We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted toy we make. Because our products are made from raw, natural American maple with no chemicals or finishes, each item has its own unique character — and we want you to love yours.

  Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition

  • Must be returned in original packaging (if possible)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

To start a return, contact us at Support@upandbeyondtoys.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

  • A full refund (minus original shipping) will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider

  Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 5 days of delivery at Support@upandbeyondtoys.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right — either by replacing the item or offering a full refund.

  Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:​

  • Items marked as "final sale"

  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing error

  Exchanges

We don’t offer automatic exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.

  How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at Support@upandbeyondtoys.com to initiate the return

  2. Pack the item securely with your name and order number

  3. Ship to:
